The enquiry form prepares a draft in your own email app. It does not submit or store your name, email address or message in a website database. You choose whether to send the email. The email provider you use handles the message under its own policies.
Saved homes
When you save a home, the property reference is stored in your browser on this device. No account is created. Unsave a home or clear your browser’s website data to remove it. If browser storage is unavailable, saved homes work for the current page only.
Hosting
The hosting service may process technical request information to operate and protect the website. Access to the private preview is managed by the hosting provider.
Contact
For questions, email [email protected] or call 236-989-9988. Please avoid sending sensitive documents through the general enquiry form.
Website analytics
We use first-party website analytics to understand visits, rental-page interest and contact actions. Random browser and session identifiers are stored on your device for up to 90 days. We record page paths, broad country and device categories, referrer hostnames, short campaign tags and interaction counts. We do not store raw IP addresses, full referring URLs or enquiry form contents in analytics. A daily salted digest is used briefly to limit abusive requests. Event records are retained for 90 days.
We exclude recognised automated tools and administrators, and respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Clicking a phone or email link is recorded as contact intent; it does not tell us that a call connected or an email was sent. You can disable these analytics on this browser below.
